- Bookkeeper: Create/manage banking rules, code bank/credit card transactions & reconcile to statements. Create/maintain chart of accounts, & provide financial statements package monthly.
- Accountant: Reconcile/maintain all journal entries, month-end closing, balance sheet recon, chart of account maintenance, manage/create loan amortization schedules & record interest expense, record/reconcile prepaid expenses, goodwill/intangibles, lease accounting ASC 842, WIP/revenue recognition ASC 606, inventory adjustments & reconcilations, intangible & fixed asset management & depreciation, prepare monthly financial statement package & review monthly via Zoom meetings.
- Controller: Assist & oversee your office staff, detail review of financial statements with team leads, work closely with bank reps, assist in loan equip ABL's form prep, bank covenant compliance reporting, prepare annual department budgets, KPIs, accounting policies, work closely with external auditors in insurance, workers comp and/or audit of financials.
- Accounts Receivable: Invoice clients, project-based invoicing, post payments received, & collections of past due.
- Accounts Payable: Setup new vendors, W9 collections, process/record/pay vendors, unclaimed property filings.
- Monthly: Sales Tax Filings.
- Annual: Franchise Tax Filings; Prepare & File 1099s

Pricing will be based on the volume & complexity of payroll application setup & processing.
